We publish HUD's Fair Market Rents and Small Area FMRs (a public-domain U.S. Government work) plus plain-English guides. We are not HUD, a Public Housing Authority, a government agency, or a law firm, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by HUD. The actual voucher payment standard and rent approval come from your local PHA.
